BS Rana, who was a legendary actor of the Nepali film industry passed away today. He died during his treatment at Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj. He was ill from a few time.
78 years old Rana had problems in his heart. He had debuted in the Nepalese film industry from the film 'Anyaya'. His other major films were 'Dakshina', 'Koseli', 'Chino', 'Dui Thopa Aasu', 'Nepali Babu', 'Crorepati', 'Darpan Chhaya-2', 'Seto Baagh', 'Hawaldar Suntali', 'Kaafal Pakyo', 'Sambodhan', 'Sathi Ma Timro', 'I am Sorry', 'Kasle Choryo Mero Man', 'Daasdhunga', 'Basanti', 'Daag'.
His cremation has been completed at Pashupatinath Temple. We pray that his soul may rest in peace in heaven.
