Manita BK a child earthquake victim form VDC Batase, Sindshupalchowk who has expressed her sadness through a video saying how her large family (9 members) survived in that tremor and how they are living in an open sky till today. Earlier, her family had been humiliated for being Dalit peoples.  Bhramin people were humiliating Biswokarma Ethnicity while people were distributing the relief stuffs in Sindhupalchowk.

Director Dinesh D.C. felt so bad and emotional after watching that video he decided to build a temporary house for her family members. And, he has fulfilled what he had decided. After the decision made by the director Dinesh D.C. he built temporary house for Manita with the support of Nepal Film Association and Film Journalist’s Association. Similarly, the team distributed Blanket, Mattress, sanitation and medicine to other 90 families in the same village.  The relief materials were provided by Red Cross Nepal, Diwakar Sharma (America) and Jeewan Raj Bhandari (Japan). 

 

Director D.C. expressed that there should be no discrimination between gender and ethnicity. Nepal Journalist Association Chairman Shanti Priya, Singer Gopal Rajeshpayal Rai, Director Suman Dahal and others were present in this social activities.
