According to the film unit the relief materials which was taken to earthquake affected areas was looted by victims before they could be distributed. But, this happened on last Sunday. 

The entire team of the movie “Chanke Shanke Phanke” went to sindupalchowk to distribute their fund but unfortunately they were looted by some people from Bhote Silang village. It was found that the relief materials had come in limited amount in the initial days which created debate amongst the villagers. The relief were kept by the Army to prevent it from being looted, in particular tarpaulins. The district administration office was seen flocked by the villagers from different VDCs to inquire about the relief materials.

The locals have also taken control of the local administration officials of the district, an Army Colonel and one Constituent Assembly member for a night. The relief materials contained tarpaulin, noodles, biscuits and other items for distribution to people displaced by the earthquake.
