A film festival is an organized extended presentation of films in one or more cinemas or screening venues, usually in a single city or region. Increasingly, film festivals show some films outdoors. Film is a novel technique to know-how a new traditions culture and society. Nepal Africa Film Festival (NAFF) which is organized by college of Journalism and Mass Communication (CJMC) from May 25 to May 27 will depict the diverse cultures and natural heritages and untold stories of beautiful and rich continent Africa. 

The festival will be held at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture, Kamal Pokhari. According to the information, the festival will highlight eight films from Africa and two from Nepal with a total of 10 films being screened at the festival. NAFF seeks to provide an unbiased and integrated representation of Africa in Nepal and help us to explore Africa through African Lens.
