Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s adorable selfie with British singing sensation Zayn Malik on Twitter has become the most retweeted and favourited photograph by an Indian celebrity.

The two superstars met at the recently held Asian Awards in London, where SRK was honoured for his Contribution to Cinema, and Zayn Malik for Contribution to Music. SRK took to Twitter to post a selfie with the former One Direction singer and songwriter. The tweet had been retweeted 106, 344 times and favourited 148, 364 times. This certainly speaks volumes of the star power of the two stars – SRK, who is the undisputed ‘King of romance’ in Bollywood and Zayn Malik, who is the current hottest young sensation.

Ellen DeGeneres’ star-studded Oscar selfie, however, still remains the most retweeted tweet of all time with over three million retweets.
