Nepali Films Threatened From Hindi Movies

The clash of release date of Hindi and Nepali movies can bring a minor heart attack to every Nepali producers. There is a high risk of making the Nepali movies clash with Indian movies. This has made a great impact in this year's film calendar as the Nepali movies are postponing their release dates because of the clash with Bollywood movies.

Awaited Hindi movie 'Saho' is going to release on 30th Aug because of which Nepali movie 'Kabaddi Kabaddi Kabaddi' has postponed its release date to 20th Sep. On the other hand, Maruni which is going to release on 30 Aug is ready to compete with Saaho. 

Likewise, film 'Hajar Juni Samma' had postponed its release date from 15th Aug to 22nd Aug because of the fear of 'Saaho'. But once 'Saaho' postponed its release date to 30th Aug, the movie 'Hajar Juni Samma' is back to its old release date i.e 15th Aug.

Similarly, 'Chha Maya Chhapakkai' which was set to release on 27th Sep has postponed its release date to 13th Sep because of the fear of Tiger Sheroff and Hritik Roshan starred movie 'War' which is going to release on 2nd Oct.

This fear of Nepali movies with Hindi movies is normal as one-third of the budget of a single Hindi film isn't invested in the making of one Nepali movie.
