Case Filed Against Witness of Chhabi & Shilpa's Marriage: Samjhana & Bikash

The argument between actress Shilpa Pokhrel and Chhabi Ojha has gone to the next level. An arrest warrant for actress Shilpa Pokhrel and Chhabi Ojha had been released. Chhabi Ojha's first wife i.e Hema Ojha had filed a case against him regarding polygamy. 

Now, a case against the witnesses of Chhabi & Shilpa's marriage i.e director Samjhana Upreti Rauniyar and her husband Bikash Rauniyar along with the Secretariat of Kathmandu Metropolitan Ward No. 8. Now, the CIAA has been investing them according to the filed case.

Before this, Shilpa had complained that she had been a prey of Chhabi's domestic violence. She had appealed for her protection and filed a case at Metropolitan Police Station, Teku.

The police circle had made them sign an agreement in order to minimize the quarrel but it had no effect. This topic had been trending across different social media.

After that, the first wife of Mr Ojha i.e. Hema Ojha had filed a case against the pair at Metropolitan Police Circle, Gaushala. She had filed a case complaining Chhabi Ojha is involved in polygamy. Now, the court has announced its decision.
