Bulbul in Nepal-America International Film Festival

Swastima Khadka's film 'Bulbul' released on 15th Feb has been chosen as the opening film to be shown in Nepal-America International Film Festival. The progamme has been running annually in Merryland, America from the past three years. The selection of Bulbul in the film festival was confirmed by its director Binod Poudel.

This year the film festival will be conducted from 28th to 30th June in Merryland. The selected film 'Bulbul' has been successfully running for four weeks. It has got much love and support. Audience have praised the performance of the casts in the movie. The movie team disclosed that the movie has already done a business of 1.5 crores. 

The major casts in the film other than Swastima include Buddhi Tamang, Deepak Chhetri, Laxmi Bardewa, Joyas Pandey, Ujjwal Adhikari and Shristi Bhattarai.

Sushan Prajapati, Animesh Sapkota, Kabiraj Gahatraj, and Koshish Kshetri are the cinematographer, editorial, choreographer and musician of the film respectively. Similarly, Nischal Basnet & Rajina Rimal are the vocalists of the songs in the movie.

Abiral Thapa, Bhim Thapa, Raju Poudel and Purusottam Pandey are the producers of the film. Ramraja Dahal is the executive producer of the film. Station Five and FD Company are the distributors of the film.
