Puja Shrestha wins 'Miss Purwanchal 2018'

Puja Shrestha of Jhapa has been crowned as ‘Miss Purwanchal 2018’. She was chosen as the winner during a program held at Dharan, Sunsari on Saturday. She has won a Yamaha scooter, an opportunity to visit Hong Kong and various other prizes to go along with the crown of the beauty pageant.

Anila Chhetri from Hile, Dhankuta became the first runner up of the competition. She received NRs 100,000 cash and various other prizes. Tapasya Ranpaheli from Itahari became the second runner up of the competition and received a cash prize of NRs 50,000. Akriti Acharya won the Miss Photogenic and Miss Multimedia titles.

Soneta Dahal won the Best Walk and Miss Talent trophies. Rusali KC was chosen as the Miss Public Choice and Miss Intellectual while Salina Rajbanshi was chosen as Miss Friendship. They received NRs 15,000 as cash prize each.

Akriti Acharya was chosen as the Face of Divine while the fitness honors went to Swastika Bishunkhe. The competition was organized by Silver Entertainment and its jury included members like senior environmentalist Rajendra Khanal.
