'Bobby 2', sequel of 'Bobby', officially announced

The sequel to the film ‘Bobby’ has been officially announced after the humongous success of the film. The sequel named ‘Bobby 2 - Baki Katha’ or ‘Bobby 2 - Remaining Story’ was announced amidst a program at the capital recently. Lead actors of ‘Bobby’ Umesh Thapa and Kabita Gurung were present at the announcement program with their son.

The sequel will revolve around Umesh’s struggle and success. Naresh Bhattarai and Giriraj Ghimire will write the script of the film. The shooting of the film will commence from March.

The film will be directed by Milan Chams and will be made under the banner of Chams Entertainment and London Cine Eye. Lead actors in the film will include real life couple Umesh-Kabita and Bijay Lama. Half of the film will be shot in Nepal while the other half will be shot in Norway.

The film, based on a real life couple and their story, was very much loved by the audience. It was also a great musical success.
