Actor/Director Akash Adhikari NGO “Flame of Hope Nepal” has distributed relief materials and immediate needs to the earthquake victims at Municipality Nagarjuna ward No. 9, Ramkot Kathmandu. 

On April 23rd 2015 Saturday Akash’s NGO “Flame of Hope Nepal” has distributed rice and shelter tarpaulin to 30 families at Ramkot. After Priest Din Bandhu Pokharel asked to help the people of Ramkot as the victims have not received any material items or needs Akash’s Ngo was first to aid and support the earthquake victims. Priest Din Bandhu Pokharel has been building his ashram in the same village and was very grateful to NGO “Flame of Hope Nepal” for the effort and support provided to the victims of Ramkot. 

Similarly, Social worker Akash Adhikari expressed his sadness towards our government for being careless as the government of Nepal has not been able to provide relief items in Municipality region of Kathmandu. The local denizens of Ramkot articulated their sorrow regarding government negligence. The massive earthquake have effected 84 houses of Ramkot killing 2 people and injuring many others. Likewise, House and cowshed has been destroyed during the tremor. 

NGO “Flame of Hope Nepal” has distributed relief materials in Lalitpur, Kavrepalanchowk, Dhading, Lamjung and Sindhuplachowk. Organizations like Eco Himal, Global Reach International (INC), Helping Hand Parasi and Eyebrow Plus (INC) has unceasingly assisted NGO “Flame of Hope Nepal".
