It’s delightful for our filmmakers and all Nepalese that two of our Nepali movies have been selected to be screened in global movie festival 2015 in San-Francisco. The Festival will take place from August 07 to August 16, 2015 in the idyllic, breathtaking beautiful California Theater in heart of San Jose, home to nearly 90 percent of all Software companies. 

San Francisco Global Movie Fest features the best of world cinema with a gateway to Silicon Valley that fosters creative and technical talent. The ten days global movie will screen 300 independent movies and 100 features films. There will be participant of more than 30 countries. 

According to information two Nepali movies “Chocolate” and “Tata-bye-bye” are going to be screened in the festival. However, other Nepali movies can also be screened. The movies has yet not been fixed. On behalf of our Nepali film industry Sunil Thapa and Pujana Pradhan are going to represent in global movie festival in san-Francisco. This is the 23rd global movie festival and Nepal is participating for the first time in two decades.
