The film “Mala” which is scheduled to be released on 20th March 2015 organized a premier show in Q’s cinema located at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. Except actor Aryan Sigdel and actress Sumina Ghimire every other unit of the movie made their presence. The premier show was conducted amidst the filmmakers, media personalities, banker, model and social-worker. 

The film “Mala” co-stars Priyanka Karki in the lead roles while in the premier of the movie Priyanka was spotted scared of her own character. However, former Miss Nepal Malvika Subba consoled her. Actress Priyanka Karki informed that she did not watched her movie before and it was her first time. She said, “Some of the scenes really frightened me”.

 
Similarly, actress Nandita K.C. and Benisha Himal was also seen frightened whereas former Miss Nepal Malvika Subba was brave enough to watch the movie without any panic. Many of the viewer’s expressed the movie was very scary. 

 
The film “Mala” is direceted by Sudip Bhupal. The film costars Aryan Sigdel, Priyanka Karki, Sumina Ghimire, Prajwal Giri, Sishir Rana and others in the lead roles. However, the film is produced by Sishir Rana and created joint venture with Som Singh and Prajwal Adhikari. The film is a typical Nepali suspense thriller. Actress Priyanka Karki says she has completely different character in this movie than what she has been doing previously. She is acting as a soul in this movie and scaring Aaryan Sigdel who will be seen as a doctor. The script of the movie is penned by Sudip himself while the music is composed by Manoj KC (Lead Guitarist from the band 1974 AD). The film “Mala” is presented under the banner of Nakshatra Films.
