Nepali Movie “Suntali” acted by Priyanka Karki has been premiered in Kumari Cinema, Kathmandu on 12 of February 2015. The entire unit of the film was strongly present with their investors, family members, filmmakers, journalist and business personalities. 

Before the beginning of the show, director Bhasker Dhungana gave a brief speech about his movie “Suntali”. He has been working for 20years in the film industry. “I love imaginative movie and “Suntali” is one of them”, said the director. “Suntali” is Bhasker first directed movie. He loves Nepali movie and added, “The knowledge I have gained has been poured in this movie and I have created this movie according to Bollywood style”. Director Bhasker Dhungana made connection of Nepali food cuisine with his movie which will be loved by filmmakers first and then his audiences. 

 

The shooting of the film was held in Bandipur which stars Priyanak Karki, Surya Mala Khanal, Arpan Thapa, Karma, Pramod Agrahari and Raj Kumar Paudasaini in the lead roles. The film tells us the mixture between urban and rural area. 

 

The film “Suntali” was screened in the Film Festival. The film is presented under the banner of Quest Entertainment and Digital Cinema and is produced by Jaya Dhungana, Prachanda Man Shrestha and Bhasker Dhungana.
