Artists from the Nepali film industry and the organizers of the Nepal Film Technical association (NEFTA) Award have urged Nepalese to take part in the ceremony to be held in Hong Kong on 20^th of October.

Actor Rajesh Hamal, Aryan Sigdel and Karishma Manandhar were among the artists who took to the context of the nearing award day in urging all interested people to make the award show a magnanimous success. The award show, in its seventh year, is being inaugurated by Minister for Communication and Information, Minendra Rijal, while the President of Non Resident Nepalese (NRN) Shesh Ghale is also taking part in the event.

Artists, Media persons and the organizers of the event will be Hong Kong bound by this Saturday for preparation of the much publicized event. This year, the organizers will present the title of ‘Evergreen Actress’ to Karishma Manandhar given her success and revolutionizing presence in the industry for more than two decades. Previously NEFTA had given the honorary title of ‘Mahanayak’ (meaning Great Hero) to Rajesh Hamal and ‘Abhinaya Siromani’ (meaning master of acting) to Nir Shah.
