Newly released movie ‘Himmatwali’, with Rekha Thapa behind the production, direction and main role formalities, has seen business go unfazed on the second week running.

Released in Fulpati, the movie will see no rivals in the second week  as no new movie was released this Friday. Initially released in 90 halls across the nation, the movie was able to do a Business of 15 million Rupees in the first week of release. Starring Thapa and newcomer Sudarshan Gautam, the movie collected 2.8 million Rupees in the first day of business.

Now that no film was released this Friday and this being a season of festivities, Himmatwali is set to continue its dream run at least for some days.

This is Rekha Thapa’s first directorial venture but she has already had the taste of producing movies beforehand. Buoyed by this success, Thapa is already behind the directorial duties of upcoming home-production ‘Ram-Piyari’.
