Nepal Oscar Nomination Comittee have announced Nepali movies on the 87th Academic Award. Foreign language Best Movie Committee Nepal (Oscar) organized a press meet Tuesday and announce for the participation of the artists. 

Interested Nepali Film workers who want to participate in the  Oscar award which is going to be held on 20th Falgun in Los Angeles, America should meet the rules & regulations of Oscar Committee then only it can be certified.

The movies who want to take part in Oscar Award should submit the sponcer letter of Film-maker Association & Director Society. And the movies should have been released in last Aswin to 14th of this Aswin. After that only, the movie will be verified for the compeitition.
  
Nepali Oscar Committee which has shown interest in Nepali movies since last year have selected movie 'Sungabha' for the compeitition.Subarna Thapa directed movie 'Sungabha' which was related to the story of homosexual ladies exited from the first round selection of the Oscar. Actress Nisha Adhikari & Diya Maskey have represented themselves as the homo-sexual ladies in 'Sungabha' movie.
