Box office: PK gets a huge enhancement

Last Friday's release “PK” started out slow at the box office but picked up significantly on Sunday. With Christmas around the corner, the film is expected to do even better in the coming weekend.
Aamir Khan is one of Bollywood’s biggest names, having led such massive hits as “3 Iditos” and “Dhoom 3”. He also produced and starred in 2001 Foreign Language Oscar nominee "Lagaan". Anushka Sharma, next up in Anurag Kashyap’s Fox Star Studios "Bombay Velvet", also stars in PK.This movie is directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
“PK” entered the domestic Top 10 (at No. 10) becoming the third Bollywood title to do so in recent memory, following “Dhoom 3” and “Yeh Jawani Hai Dewani” both last year.
